1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetMove's website, services, or platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GetMove is a platform that connects customers seeking moving services with licensed, professional moving companies. We facilitate the connection between customers and movers but are not a moving company ourselves. We do not provide moving services directly.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer using our platform to find movers, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move
• Verify the licensing and insurance of any moving company before hiring
• Read and understand any contracts or agreements with moving companies
• Communicate directly with moving companies regarding your move
• Use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws

5. Mover Network Membership

5.1 Subscription Terms

Moving companies may join our network by subscribing to our service for a monthly fee of $29. By subscribing, movers agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, licensing, and insurance details
• Maintain valid licenses and insurance coverage
• Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests in a timely manner
• Provide professional, quality moving services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Billing and Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated and you will no longer receive leads.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.3 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate mover accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to maintain valid licenses or insurance
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Receive excessive customer complaints

6. Limitation of Liability

We have no liability for:

• The quality, safety, or performance of moving services provided by moving companies
• Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from moving services
• Any disputes between customers and moving companies
• The accuracy of information provided by moving companies
• Any contracts or agreements between customers and moving companies
• Any contact, communication, or interaction between customers and moving companies
• Any job performance, work quality, or service delivery by moving companies

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, insurance, and reputation of any moving company before hiring them. Any agreement or contract is solely between the customer and the moving company.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETMOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive quotes from moving companies
• The availability of moving companies in your area
• The accuracy of pricing estimates provided by moving companies
• The quality or performance of any moving company
• That our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Spam or harass other users or moving companies

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by GetMove or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetMove, Network Leads LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your interactions with moving companies

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, United States.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
